Charges and Fees
There is a non-refundable $40 registration fee per child. $50 per week for One Way and $75 per week for Round Trip. It is half price for each additional sibling.
Three or more days is considered a whole week. Half price is given if less than three days of service was rendered.
Please call at least 1 hour ahead of time to cancel any pick-ups or drop-offs. $10 will be added each time the driver makes a blank trip, return trip, or must transport child(ren) to a different location (within the mileage parameter).
For Christmas Break and Spring Break, fees are $25.00 per week to maintain your child’s space. It is half price for each additional sibling. The first payment is due before each break, Christmas Break and Spring Break.
Payments and Fees
All services are paid in advance. Payments are due on Fridays in advance for the upcoming week. If payment is not made on Monday a $10 fee will need to be added, $20 fee if paid Wednesday-Friday of that week.
Payments can be made in the form of cash, credit cards, checks and money orders (made payable to Kid Lanes), or online at www.kidlanes.com. All return checks will be charged a $30 nonsufficient funds fee. After one returned check, your checks will no longer be accepted as a form of payment.
Personal Possessions
Kid Lanes, LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal possessions.
Absentee
In order to maintain your child’s space during an absence of one or more weeks, you are required to pay a $25 fee (half price for each additional sibling) for each week your child(ren) is/are out. If your child will not need the transportation service as scheduled, you must notify us by text message or email. You can send a text to 470-209-0194 or send an email to info@kidlanes.com
Pick Up/Drop Off
Child(ren) should be ready to board the van upon arrival, failure to have the child ready upon van arrival may result in your child missing the van. We do offer a Courtesy phone call, and the child(ren) has/have five minutes to enter the vehicle. Seat belts are to be worn in every vehicle and there is no eating or drinking in the vehicle.
Kid Lanes, LLC will have a fifteen-minute grace period to pick up and drop off child(ren). Scheduled time of pick up and drop off can change due to enrollments and withdrawals. Notice of time change will be given verbally in advance
3-Step-Rule
If child is being disruptive, they will get a (1) Verbal Warning, (2) Written Warning, (3) Parental Conference, then service is cancelled if disruptive behaviors continue.
Kid Lanes, LLC reserves the right to cancel service due to conflicts, lack of area participation, or Child Behavior problems.
